You can't be called a steal,before the draft has even happened.A steal,in terms of the NFL draft,is when,you get a player,who should have been picked,long before he was.Since the draft has not happened yet,no one can be a steal.
Illinois had the No.1 CB last year. Coach Bret has put JJ Watt in the Nfl DL wise so .. I expect Newton to be really good. 💯 Illinois is going places. 💯

Also how much is your Pateron and I’m the king formats do you go more into fronts, alignments, coverages, checks and coaching points like long arm and short terms and or “fire zone” or “5t to the boundary (pin loop) Also, on the first clip. Isn’t that “long 3 technique” a 4i? Pretty sure but could be wrong

I've seen him run down ball carriers in chases, although there's not video of it here. Pretty good for someone nearly 300 pds. Another thing, Illinois defense for 2023 was horrible. Worst in the B10. Newton, sadly was about the only player keeping it from totally collapsing. When he got ejected from the Wisconsin game, which Illinois was winning, the whole defense broke down and Illinois lost. Because he was so good opposing teams were regularly putting 2 blockers on him, allowing the rest of the defense and linebackers more pass rush opportunities. So when he was out, it all broke down.

Not only are his hands active, but his feet don't stop moving. He's got a little Aaron Donald in him, that little sideways jump step get skinny arm over move he does reminds of Donald. Not saying he is, because Donald is the GOAT, but he's got something of his skillset in him.

Whoever this DT is, if he sucks in the nfl, Sanji is gonna either NEVER make another follow up video to escape the fact his analysis was inaccurate or he will create a video saying he KNEW that guy wasnt gonna be good...in hopes that you viewers dont call him out for his flip flopping....he does this constantly on raider videos😒

I love your breakdowns and exploration too. Just a question, could you do a video on ‘get off’ on the snap n it’s importance of why you should be quicker to react on the snap. We already have a Newton on our team, Mazi that has all the strength, but he’s always a fraction slower off the snap. If Newton has the same problem, he needs to work on that, but again for Dallas we have a big man inside with age, strength, power, but in the NFL he’s not getting on the 1st team due to the slight slower off the ball (when we played ball, it was always get lower and off the snap before the other team, idk if that’s changed). If so, why waste a top picks for an interior player that needs to acclimate grow n get better when you can get them in lower rounds…not to poopoo on this young man’s hard work n hope he goes in top ten. Aaron Donald is only 6’1”, 280 so I don’t think NFL teams are going to be too concerned about his size.

If I were starting a team definitely pick this guy . Great motor , nose for the ball , using hands to take advantage and has great passion .
We need a Star DT more than any other position. We have not drafted one in over 20 years.
