In case noone suggested it; start the back flip at one of the holes to jump down, cut the recording before the faceplant, then finish the recording of the flip from below as someone finishes the flip (with a possibly more humorous faceplant at the bottom). The viewers may not think it was a half flip.

Delirious I’ve noticed that when you shine the flashlight on some of the creatures it seems to alert them that you’re there
