hi thanks for your video plz make video about rolling upgrade cluster node elasticsearch i want to upgrade with rolling upgrade but when i upgrade node 1, i give error: 1.master node disconnected, restarting discovery 2.this node is locked into cluster UUID help me if you can
How would you upgrade the ElasticSearch, MetricBeat and FileBeat versions? If you update those on one of the nodes in the cluster, won't it cause problems when it rejoins the cluster? Or the version is only important on the node level i.e same version of ES, MB and FB on the same node but the other nodes of the cluster could have different versions?
All the nodes need to be on the same version (e.g: ES version 8.5.2 on all three nodes). The rolling upgrade steps will help to avoid problems, where you stop sharding, and then re-allow it after the upgrade.
Thank you!
Very clear explanation. Thank you !
Hello thanks for this tutorials.
I have a request. Can you show how to recover a log from a mikrotik router to logstash and visualized that in kibana
Thank you. I appreciate you doing this.
