did you modify anything, or is it running stock?

I did modify it by replacing the Tongde main board with a Heng Long board. Although the TD board is generally satisfactory, I needed the HL board to achieve IR shooting compatibility with other tanks in our club. TD and HL IR protocols are different. The tank is the metal version; metal gearboxes, wheels and tracks.

Way too fast, you need a better board for realistic driving, this makes it behave like a race car
