Mantis Compact Compost Tumbler refurbishment

I got this tumbler for $Free.99 off the side of a local road. it was heavily rusted between one of the outer band seams. I replaced the seam and did some rust mitigation on the hardware. mantis.com/wp-...

Thanks for this. Our tub is completely rusted; we inherited it with our house 10 yrs ago and it was old then. Wouldn’t have thought to search for parts for it if I hadn’t seen your video. But now I’ve got three new pieces headed my way for 1/3 the price of a new one. 😊 and it saves me the trouble of trying to make something else work instead.

Was the replacement metal provided by the manufacturer? It looks like the same color paint.

Yes, but it was for another model! Once I got it I decided to go ahead and use it as a base
