在軟件輔助篩選下 感覺變成要成功進入面試要靠些運氣
如果只靠篩選工具,可以只用ai,尤其篩走HR年輕人手。35歲以下hr一帆風順但人生經驗不足,唔係讀完hr就識睇人。咁多hr得廿幾三十歲,8成以上HR本身無對專業才能的辨識度,直接說絕多數HR並無應聘者有料。外判獵頭請人為了回佣,又剩係睇之前的糧單,假手於人永遠請唔好。好多老闆請著年輕hr返來趕人材,真是多謝加盛惠。
唔係呀!我以前個垃圾地產代理行的事頭婆,成日話我舊老闆教我,香港有700萬人,點會請不到人,佢自己間公司的地產代理也是貨如輪轉,平均只會做3~4個月,一年平均轉3次。勞工處2張圖已經講晒情況。地產代理職位空缺排第二,求職排名榜十大不入,證明呢d工流失率超過高
HR 都On9 ,Junior都係做1,2年就走,魚唔過塘點會肥人工又押低,正常搵到好都走你睇下政府工點解流失率低,咪最好參考
某地方有些高官 夠唔多適合啦 人地咪繼續做緊
大佬 莫講話火記啦 身邊另一半 都大把人覺得唔合適啦
