They aren't guaranteed a play off spot. They have a realistic chance, but it's not guaranteed. They are 14th out of the 14 group winners, so they need at least 10 of the other group winners to finish in the top 2 of their main qualifying group.
They are not guaranteed a playoff spot. Only the 4 group winners that don't at least finish second in their qualifying group get a playoff spot, and they are the worst group winners. So out of France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, England, Czechia, Wales, Norway, Sweden, Northern Ireland, North Macedonia, Romania and Moldova, at most 3 can slip up.

Just a quick round up on Hungary's NL this year. After the euros tried out a much more attacking tactics vs Germany away which failed as they lost 5-0. Was confirmed by the coach they won't be doing that again. Then tied Bosnia 0-0 but if anyone saw that game that was probably bosnias goalies best game of his life. Could have ended 4-0 Hungary. Then Hungary tied Holland at home 1-1, and were actually leading for the the majority of the game. Hungary then beat Bosnia 2-0 away, the next game was tough, playing Holland away starting off with 2 great attacks but with Szalai the assistant coach having to be revived and sent to hospital it was very difficult to play the rest of the match, the players almost decided to not play but in the end said they would so huge respect there by they lost that game and then in the final game they held Germany to a 1-1 draw, again having many great attacks, unlucky to not score a couple more. Overall a realistic finish in the group , not as outstanding as last time when Hungary beat England and Germany but a solid show overall. Next up Nations League Relegation playoffs in March and then World Cup qualifying in September ! 🇭🇺🤩

About Kylian Mbappé, he has been going through a very tough time since October. With so much happening around him, added to the fact he captains the national team, Didier Deschamps considered calling him up would have broken him. Even when he was playing for France this year, Kycks was as underwhelming as most of France's players. Will San Marino be in the play-offs? The Nations League play-off qualifiers are actually the top 4 group winners, according to the ranking of group winners, that did not finish 1st or 2nd in their qualifying groups. If everything goes according to the draw pots for the World Cup draw, San Marino would indeed get the final Nations League group winner play off place. North Macedonia, Northern Ireland and Moldova would get the others, in that order. However, the other group winners above them, who are in pots 1 and 2 for the draw, are (in order of Nations League ranking) Spain, Germany, Portugal, France, England, Norway, Wales, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden. If one of those teams from pots 1 and 2 doesn't make the top 2 of their qualifying group, they would take a play-off place - leaving San Marino to hope that one of North Macedonia, Northern Ireland and Moldova do finish in the top 2 of their group (and thus don't need the Nations League play off. Also, if two of the teams from pots 1/2 don't make it into the top 2 of their qualifying group, San Marino and Moldova would both miss out, unless Northern ireland and North Macedonia finished in the top 2 of their qualifying group. If one of NI/North Macedonia make it into the top 2 but not the other, and you have two Nations League group winners from the top two pots in qualifying that don't make the top 2 of their group - San Marino would miss out and Moldova would take the final play off place). Now, there is some chance of shocks, especially as many groups will be groups of 4 (so only 6 matches) making it more likely you get some freak results. But that also works both ways - that is, it is as likely that one of the NL group winners from pots 1 and 2 will need a Nations league play-off spot as that North Macedonia, Northern Ireland or Moldova finish in the top 2 of their group. Overall, I would say the chances are no more than about 50-50, and perhaps a little less than that. But there is a real chance!

18:06 and the next day he was sacked. Absolute legend for Finland, sadly took way too long from our FA to let him go so it all turned very sour towards the end.
The final result still prevents Scotland from reaching the knockout stage despite beating Croatia and Poland in the last two matches, and sent Poland to the last place of the group instead of Scotland who finished in the last place of the group stage in Euro 2020 and 2024.
Actually Faroe Islands fired their coach before the last 2 games, because they weren't satisfied with his results, and played the last 2 matches with caretaker managers (the U21 coaches), which led to them winning against Armenia in Armenia, and almost getting a draw against North Macedonia in North Macedonia.
Happy for San Marino but my country (🇫🇮) truly has had terrible time ever since our EURO debut in 2020(2021)😢. Ever since our form fell off in last EURO qualifiers it's been total nightmare. Only one win this whole year, barely winning 2-1 against Estonia! And this Nations League was just adding to the misery, i thought we could have chance against at least Ireland! Sorry, i know Kanerva is first manager to get us to a major tournament, but i think it's time to go, they shouldn't have given the new contract after EURO qualifiers anyway. I think they gave that almost out of pity. We barely attack in our games, and need new blood. Pukki is near the end of his career, and i think there is some young players who haven't had chances. I think only ones who should have guaranteed spots at the team at the moment are Hradecky (for now, we need new young goalkeeper pretty soon) and Kamara. Kairinen i heard has been pretty good for Sparta Prague too, and Antman can be good if he get's his pre-injury form back. But we need new manager and fresh tactics, i can't take this defend-defend-mistake at the back-defend-random counter attack every 30-50 minutes-defend-mistake-defend football anymore!😭

I’m really dissapointed by Albania’s campaign. Not by the fact we got relegated, but the game we did was worse than before. After the Euros, i was confident we could use Nations League to bounce back. And we fumbled it in the worst way possible
It was a tough group though. Anyway, it felt like you didn't play with the same intensity as before. I'm sure you can bounce back. Best of luck in the World Cup campaign from the Czech Republic. On a side note, do not whistle to other countries' anthems anymore. They might not like it.
Luxembourg took the Nations League very serious, the nation was just very unlucky and had a lack of confidence after the controversal win of Georgia, which made us miss the Euros. The 0-2 loss against North Irland was our worst match. The 0-1 agains Belarus was just an unlucky day, we dominated the 70 first minutes and then they made a wonderful goal out of the box. The match against Bulgaria 0-0 was a crime, horrible field (patatoes field if you want] and the referee was just blind, the yellow card given to Bulgaria in the 4th minute should have been a red card, punshing Seid Korac without having the ball isn't very fair-play. The 1-1 against Belarus was a strange match, no supporters and lack of efficienty but me got better again. The loss against 0-1 doesn't reflect what happend on the pitch, 20 shots and 6 on target. The goalkeeper had a very good day (unlikely the match before, were they lost 5-0 against Nort Irland). But the last match was good, yes we wasn't in the match the first half, but when Seid Korac made that goal, we waked up, and 3 minutes later Gerson Rodrigues makes the 2-2. In November we had still not Yvandro Borges Sanches and Vincent Thill (2 key players) and then Anthony Moris and Leandro Barreiro got injured too. We had a 19 year old goalkeeper in the goal (from Mönchen Gladbach U19). And then outside the pitch there were a lot of incidents Gerson Rodrigues and Maxime Chanot. Here in Luxembourg everyone wants Luc Holtz out, a man with too big ego, who doesn't let anyone criticize him. He is out of ideas. We could have been second in this ranking. Luxembourg may have better times next year. I hope we play against Gibraltar to keep in League C. Seid Korac and Laurent Jans were top players. Olesen and Sinani nice corners and freekick shooters. Luxembourgish players need to find new clubs to get more play time. Essentially Sinani, Gerson Rodrigues and Olesen, Marvin Martins and David Jonathans.
As much as I would say yes we are back but we (Germany) played against a bad Bosnia Herzegowina, Hungary, and a struggling Netherlands, and we are to much hanging on especially musiala and wirtz to. Be fit and not injured
Yes but for this reasons nagelsmann let play the b team vs hungary to cann see what we have for alternatives for games where wirtz or musiala can't play and we have many. Like Nmecha, Füllkrug, Leweling, stiller or sane. So we have a very good and big Team with players that have big Potential
The only reason why Georgia could not get 1st place with 18 points is that against Ukraine fans were split because of war going on which made players break because imagine your people cheering for your opponents. If not that I dont think anybody sould beat Georgia nor to tie
Surprisingly Bulgaria somehow made it to second place with that horrible play.... But that's as far as they go. I don't see them getting through the playoffs. I knew we wouldn't be able to beat Belarus. In recent years the max we can get in a match with them is a draw. I was expecting more from Luxembourg too. I thought they'll beat us at least once. But I'm most surprised by Northern Ireland! They Totally trashed us and made it Clear that we're still nowhere. But that's the Bulgarian team the past years. And I have a feeling we'll be in this group a Long time or will go down to the lower one at some point. I'm Very Happy for San Marino thought 👏🇸🇲🌟 They are definitely Improving, and wish them the Best ahead! 💪🇸🇲🌟
Everyone is so happy for San Marino!

yep, this could be their best wc campaign
They aren't guaranteed a play off spot. They have a realistic chance, but it's not guaranteed. They are 14th out of the 14 group winners, so they need at least 10 of the other group winners to finish in the top 2 of their main qualifying group.
but they not guaranteed it are they???? only the 4 best Nations League gtoup winners go through and get one and they are the last team
At least they can finish a game, unlike Kosovo
They are not guaranteed a playoff spot. Only the 4 group winners that don't at least finish second in their qualifying group get a playoff spot, and they are the worst group winners. Lotta con il cuor fino al novantesimo che fatica che ti chiedo Dai Titano facci un gol !

San Marino have won a game this month b4 oil city 😂😂😂
And September as well
Even Indonesia had won a game this month than 115 FC (2-0 vs Saudi Arabia).
Proud to both nations!!!
Jajajaja
When no one cares about albania they finish frst but when everyone cares about albania they finish frst hopfully we will qualfy to wc 26
I watched every San Marino's matches and it's hard to believe they're last, they're not that bad honestly
Best greetings from the Brigata Mai 1 Gioia, the only real fangroup of San Marino since 2012! I‘m part of it 😅
I love your energy
18:06 and the next day he was sacked. Absolute legend for Finland, sadly took way too long from our FA to let him go so it all turned very sour towards the end.
Norway didn't bottle it at the end and San Marino won their group!? Have I unexpectedly woken up in an alternative Universe now? 😆
Croatia did a terrible job. If Portugal hadn't played with their "team C", Scotland would have finished 2nd and not Croatia
The final result still prevents Scotland from reaching the knockout stage despite beating Croatia and Poland in the last two matches, and sent Poland to the last place of the group instead of Scotland who finished in the last place of the group stage in Euro 2020 and 2024.
Congratulations to San Marino and now northern Ireland are in league B let's go
Group B1 was definitely the most exciting group
Actually Faroe Islands fired their coach before the last 2 games, because they weren't satisfied with his results, and played the last 2 matches with caretaker managers (the U21 coaches), which led to them winning against Armenia in Armenia, and almost getting a draw against North Macedonia in North Macedonia.
Forza San Marino 🇸🇲 🇸🇲 🇸🇲 🇸🇲 🇸🇲 🇸🇲 🇸🇲
The nations league is over. Can you please do a tier list on how well countries have done in the nations league?😄
im from israel and i really hope we will manegge to qwalify for the world cup

israel scored in every game except the draw vs france with peretz incredible performance and they scored in every game which is very surprising
i believe they can upset a lot of people in the wc qualifying
In league A I got all groups right except group 4A when I said
Spain 1st
Switzerland 2nd
Denmark 3rd
Serbia 4th
Even the san marino group
@@Exe_Aiden San Marino is not in league A yet.
Luxembourg got relegated. Did you forget about playoffs
No we are going to play play-offs against Malta or Gibraltar. Ajzerbaijan and Lithuania get relegated, Lettonia and Luxembourg in play-offs.
@lunielaumelechat2904 I know that
@@Abyssal6345 oh okay, it's the "Luxembourg got relegated" which confused me, I think you forgot the "not" in your comment.
@@lunielaumelechat2904 yeah I should have wrote it better sorry
I’m really dissapointed by Albania’s campaign. Not by the fact we got relegated, but the game we did was worse than before. After the Euros, i was confident we could use Nations League to bounce back. And we fumbled it in the worst way possible
It was a tough group though. Anyway, it felt like you didn't play with the same intensity as before. I'm sure you can bounce back. Best of luck in the World Cup campaign from the Czech Republic.
On a side note, do not whistle to other countries' anthems anymore. They might not like it.
Norway 👍🇳🇴🇳🇴
Essentially Sinani, Gerson Rodrigues and Olesen, Marvin Martins and David Jonathans.
armenia sacked alexander petrekov faster than flash
Are you Croatian?
Yes
As much as I would say yes we are back but we (Germany) played against a bad Bosnia Herzegowina, Hungary, and a struggling Netherlands, and we are to much hanging on especially musiala and wirtz to. Be fit and not injured
Yes but for this reasons nagelsmann let play the b team vs hungary to cann see what we have for alternatives for games where wirtz or musiala can't play and we have many. Like Nmecha, Füllkrug, Leweling, stiller or sane. So we have a very good and big Team with players that have big Potential
❤🇸🇲
cheeky boy, we saw the top scorer
If Israel keeps performing like that against these kind of nations they would have a better chance of qualifying for Both World CUP and the Euro’s
It is tomorrow draw is tomorrow
27:15 bro germany was better than spain hahaha but cucurella decided to play basketball.
What a month! San Marino wins again, Ronaldo scores a bicycle kick, Germany win 7-0, Trump wins election, Romania Kosovo match, etc!
Trump isnt president because he cheated
Megaaaaa based
Yeah, almost like we're back in 2016.
In World Cup qualifiers, it's even ridiculous, especially the AFC Group C, where Indonesia (my country) somehow beat Saudi Arabia.
Trump the greatest president 🇺🇸🥶
maybe we relgeted but still it was fun to see my national team going neck to neck with the best teams
❤
Proud of Israel we played well in the group of death
Oh boy, get ready for the comments brother
San marino..forza titani
Yeah Markku Kanerva sacked after this.. after i believe 9 years as manager. Sad but necessary
This time you can't blame Türkiye for their gameplay that changess every match. That field should'nt be allowed in any competition.
Group C3 I definitetly got wrong.
Come on ireland 🇮🇪
GAWA 🟢⚪️🇬🇧🇬🇧
What is the bosnian kit about ?
Are you bosnian ?
Bc i am
Albania first? NAHHH🤫
The only reason why Georgia could not get 1st place with 18 points is that against Ukraine fans were split because of war going on which made players break because imagine your people cheering for your opponents. If not that I dont think anybody sould beat Georgia nor to tie
hrnizak
Moldova 🇲🇩 will qualify for the 2026 world cup
As a Romanian sadly they probably won’t because a majority of their players play in our league which isn’t very good
@@justinioanitescu6738 sadly yeah I’m Moldovan and our national team isn’t good enough for the world wait for decades
azerbajan would have deffintly have finshed over estonia if they did not hire fernando santos

3 - 0 isn't a annihilation try 20 - 0
Are you talking the women's football???
Thanks my team for losing and bottling on the last match🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
love for croatia from macedonia 🇲🇰♥️🇭🇷
B1 was such an even group huh
Nations league knockeds and playoffs draw tomorrow
did I hear Super Mario Strikers Charged Music

😮
Bro I am Albanian and even I think they suck why do they even have a Brazilian manager
Kosovo was unlucky beacause it was first game with a new coach vs romania and in other game 0-0 until 92 minute we deserved to win but we was unlucky
We need a hot takes video! Let us send us in our hottest or most controversial ⚽️ opinions and respond if you think they legit or not.
Kanerva the finnish manager got sacked
Israel has a chance because that could’ve beaten France but missed an unlucky chance
Balkan behaviour 🫠😭
30/54 is his tally
I think Sweden is topping there group
