Can you recommend some networking books that I can learn from? I just started my studies.

an alternative way we were taught was to divide the number by 2, record the remainder (1 or 0) and divide the result again by 2. keep dividing iteratively until the quotient is 1. the binary number would be the last quotient and the recorded remainders read backward

Thank you for an easier method of understanding binary which I cannot recall a simple lesson like this in secondary school maths and computer studies classes. Looking forward to relearning hexadecimal conversions.

I happened to have a chat about binary numbers last night with a few friends, I didn't understand much about it, but I do now. Thanks :)

Caught up with your video after two years and it is a great refresher on an easier method o undertanding binary. I still shall say that I cannot recall any lesson like this in secondary school maths or computer studies cliasses. One day you can present a video on decimal to hexadecimal conversions. Thank you.

I requested the same as you have. If more viewers request the hexadecimal system, Josh at tecmath may produce a video. All the best.
