My mom have this jeep , she drive in city ... when me i drive i accelerate and lot of dark smoke exit of the exhaust... i can desactivate temporaly the egr just unplug the masse airflow ??
the black smoke is unburned diesel fuel. (not running efficient) I would keep the mass air flow sensor pugged in, clean the MAP sensor, and if you can get or make a EGR block off plate.
