I loved the comic of this story. Some of my favorite chapters was when Tatsu has a major battle with the other housewives during a major grocery sales event. He puts on his official fighting gear he had during the yakuza days and goes in to try to get the foods that are on major sale. The housewives are not to be taken lightly during such events. The other was when he joined a all housewives aerobic dance group and he ended up wearing a leotard to work out.
Me seeing everyone referrence the anime, but no one is refferencing the original manga it was all based on. The Way of the House Husband by Kousuke Oono
I'm disappointed with the live action, didn't follow a spec in the manga 😂 but what had me caught off guard was that imagine attending the final battle in some rpg game You brought your favorite team with op stats only to come to the area where they'll beat the boss to suddenly had a festival shooting fireworks 😂😂
i don't think you understand, he's THE yakuza. He just vanished one day. Plus the whole point of the manga was to do an irony twist. The Yakuzas are like the most wholesome and normal people. It's just the looks or whatever makes people think the worst. One time he and another yakuza bumped off and it looked like they were going to brawl out but it ended up being a bro date. If I remember correctly, it was something to do with their dogs (they competed on which one is the cutest).
