Faux Locs For Men Tutorial | Starter Locs, No Crochet, No Glue

- I'm going to show you guys how to do faux locs without the use of a crochet needle or rubber bands. You can make the locs as long or as short as you'd like. And this style can be worn by both women and men. In fact, I did these faux locs on my son's hair. He is planning to leave them in permanently to start his loc journey. Cutting them off eventually when his natural loc'd hair gets to the desired length. It's also easy to do these locs on your own hair.

Yes. You can cut them and unravel.
So how once he get to the length that he wants, how does he cut them off with out cutting the natural hair? Or does he just allow it to grow into his natural hair?
My son has since cut his locks off. But you can cut them out at the demarcation line when they grow out. Or you can just continue let them grow out attached to your natural hair

You can take them out when you’re tired of them. My son changed his mind after a few months and took his out. You just cut them at the ends and unravel

You can keep them in until your own hair grows out, and then eventually clip them off

How long do these last?
They last until you decide to take/cut them out, with maintenance of course. My son has had them in for almost 3 months. I did a wash and retwist and they still look good
