I want to call Novak a pusher but can’t because he will crush it if an an opportunity comes. He’s very good at controlling depth.
He’s a counterpuncher, not a pusher. And yes in this day and age no one has his type of phenomenal control.

That was a 2nd serve based on the speed but if you look at the mph screen it remained at 123 mph from the first serve
the radar was just not working during practice.
The last shot from emil was really bad
all the baseline shots were good. volley was bad though and gave Novak every option to pass or lob. the lob was well executed and he was too late to smash properly
Why do players today don't get to the net often?
