Is there any reason for apply voltage from secondary side??
When we injecting voltage from secondary it will generate 1660V at primary its not quite measurable
While it's comes for 400/11kv trafo it's generating voltages in KV at primary side..
It's very unsafe & dangerous
Sir Am I right or wrong??

You are most welcome. You are absolutely right in all respects. The video explains only on high-voltage step-down transformer and up to 33/11 KV Transformer.
For testing 11/0.4 KV Tr. You have commented rightly. Make the process of testing which is suitable in this regard. Thank you.
