It's Graphic era, she said that in her college they divide sections based on CGPA and marks. Students from Section A, B got better opportunities.
Good companies like Amazon sometimes visits Tier 3 colleges. It sometimes also depends on the TNP cell of the college.

The question is - Does our degree really matters to get a job ? Does companies prioritise the degrees we have ? , Let Someone don't have required degree but He/she have skills and knowledge ,, Will companies Hire them ?

Believe me Or not even luck is important I applied to so many jobs offcampus since no company came to my college, asked for referrals got none took online courses practiced hard leetcode still jobless

Great job di...but one thing I wanna mention..that except for 2-3 companies...I don't remember their names cause I apply for a lot...no one puts gpa criteria at least for applications submission...neither for their clg name...
But mere ghar pe relatives gives advice btech mt karo kyunki 12 men percentage km hai placement nhi lgti i score 53 % due to health issue
