Stay in the ring, boys. It's the safest place in the studio. Hahaha! I wonder how many times Lance and Dave thought maybe they should broadcast from inside the ring.
Mama Mia! What a mess! Jerry Jarrett fooling Superstar Bill Dundee he was the Hawaiian Flash. Only to have his character reappear as Jerry Lawler under the mask. The next thing you know, all hell breaks loose in the studio. Pro wrestling was so much better in the days of the territories than it is now.
I need to add that one of the best things about this fight is, no fricking zooming in and out like they do in WWE today. Is that supposed to make it more dramatic? Because it doesn't. Look at the beautiful camera work, especially in the closing moments of this video. We are right there in the action.
The Hawaiian Flash, what a joke and was a terribly weak promo cutter Ahahaha, Jerry Lawler as the other Hawaiian Flash was a good idea to face his friend Dundee. Ahhhh, the good 'ol days of wrestling. 😝
Horseshit. People were always offended. Just that the people making the jokes were the ones with all the power. Now you're expected to have manners you can't stop crying about it.
My only question is when did Bill Dundee and The Sheepherders ever get on the same page ??? I don't remember The Sheepherders ever making alliances with anyone who wasn't a Sheepherder. I don't remember that part at all.
He looked just like Jerry Jarrett ... Yep! Sure enough. He was Jerry Jarrett. Ol' Bill Dundee was looking like he was just about to bust at the seams, he was laughing so hard! Ya can't really blame him, though. Ol' Jerry did look some kind of funny. He even made me laugh! I guess that, once in awhile, there ain't nothin' wrong with having a good laugh.
My Saturday mornings were spent watching Memphis Wrestling. My Dad and I would watch together.
The Memphis territory was way ahead of it's time
The artistry of these men is incredible.
John Klar these guys , Jerry and Bill especially could sit down and talk for 50 minutes and make it work , and did .
From the Aud in Memphis to the Coliseum I was just hooked on Saturday shows.
Tojo with those devastating kicks.
He used be a judo instructor for the marines .
Studio fights and the crowd goes wild. You would think someone was dying, lol.
Yo! We used to think them studio fights were real

Right!!!!!
Wednesday night at the Coliseum right here in Evansville Indiana!
400 Court Street!
This was a great setup!
Too was a,war hero. He served honorably in the US army. He was so much fun to watch. It's sad how he passed.
I never watched alot of this but as soon as that guy talked I knew it was Jerry Jarrett haha.

Ironic of Midget Dundee to call Tojo "Little"🤣
Little…..I thought Dundee was a midget wrestler
@@rickc6709 🤣🤣🤣
Look how young Dave is.
0:54..."ToJo's Toe!"
😅😅 that sounds funny coming out of Jerry Jarrett's mouth.. esp under a mask!!😅😅
I was like, "Yeah, I'll bet!"

Gives me a headache. So i stopped watchin
That was a hell of a fucking classic brawl!
Fucking loving every minute of it! 😄
Oscar worthy acting.
Memphis is my favorite territory of all time .
Do you mean all of the wrestling companies in Memphis?
@@tonyarceneaux286 Jerry Lawler 1980s and mid 1990s crew .
Studio Wrestling at its best. This is what builds angles and sells tickets.
We laughed so hard at this that Saturday. Jerry Jarrett was spool small. Lol.
Funny spot, weak, but hilarious.
That was wild!! Classic Memphis Wrestling!!
Dudley Moore had a run in Memphis!?
I couldn't see Jerry Jarrett as Southern Heavyweight champion as good as he was as a wrestler.
The Hawaiian Flash, what a joke and was a terribly weak promo cutter
Ahahaha, Jerry Lawler as the other Hawaiian Flash was a good idea to face his friend Dundee.
Ahhhh, the good 'ol days of wrestling. 😝
The Hawaiian Flash?
Those were the days when you could "joke" about slant eyes & midgets & not offend nobody
Huh?
Horseshit. People were always offended. Just that the people making the jokes were the ones with all the power. Now you're expected to have manners you can't stop crying about it.
The Hawaiian Flash? LOL
First, it was Jerry Jarrett, then Jerry Lawler to make a fool of Bill Dundee.
My only question is when did
Bill Dundee and The Sheepherders
ever get on the same page ???
I don't remember The Sheepherders
ever making alliances with anyone
who wasn't a Sheepherder.
I don't remember that part at all.
The New Zealand Sheepherders (Jonathan Boyd and Bigfoot) were involved in a bloody studio brawl with Jeff Jarrett and Billy Joe Travis in 1986.
Hawaiian Flash..Jerry Jarret..lol
EXCELLENT
Well that was totally nuts.
Damn could he at least say dakine or brok da mout ?!?! Some Hawaiian Flash
Either both Jarretts find trouble or they cause trouble.
God I miss Pro Wrestling
Tojo never says a word
He was known, to a great extent, for letting his actions, and his Wrestling, do the talking for him.
1970s racism...slant eye? And, Bill calling someone else short?
Racism, calling people red necks, hillbillies, and hicks. Terrible.
He sounds like he is from Hawaii.......
Bet they all went and had some cold beer after this mess.
Check out that mask lol
Tojo, how old was he here? About 65??
I thought jerry Jarret could not wrestle .due to a eye disease
Hawaiian flash looks so odd he dont look like a wrestler
He looked just like Jerry Jarrett ...

@@ronaldshank7589 Then somehow, he looks like another Jerry, one who is supposed to be a law-ler.
I'll get my coat...
Memphis was the BEST!
I loved The superstar
Hilarious how any clip from memphis outdoes anything that's considered "wrestling" in this era
I hit another even likes number.
Tojo was bad news.
When men wuz men and wrestling wuz wrestling.
I think Andy Kaufman could beat them all
Rotflmao!
