I ordered and paid for my cover for a F 150 in November of2021and am still waiting over 9 months now. They say they don't have the hardware to put it together.
i've reached out to you in late 2022. never got any positive answers if you ship to canada..... ended up i chose BAKFlip MX4 Hard Folding. not the most ideal, but at least i have it on my truck now...........
We apologize our customer service was really struggling in December of 2022. We hired an additional rep in late January. She is awesome, Bakflip is a popular option.
Though I can’t stand Amazon, I would sell these through them and offer interest free monthly payments. I was an Home Depot merchandiser, and I would love to have one of these displayed by the Contractors Desk. I definitely recommend you give them a call… if you haven’t.
Yes these items can get stuck. You can purchase the L-Track cover to keep out ice, mud, rocks, and water. It just snaps into the cover and pulls out easily when you need to access the track to mount accessories.

Do rocks or dirt get stuck in those slots where the mounting bolts go? Is there a drain for those for water or debris?
