Just recently been introduced to your channel, and loving what I'm seeing Johnny.
We went fishing around hamilton/Hayman Island and caught some beautiful fish and took to Red Fish. I was also served by Leigh who recommended to cook the trout steamed with ginger/sauce and deep fried the grassy....it was spectacular. From sea to table, the favours were delish and the fish was perfectly cooked. I also ordered the okra dish..they was yummy.
Can't wait to visit again and hit the water.
