খুব ভালো লাগলো। তবে ডিম সেদ্ধ কুড়িয়ে দেওয়াটা নতুন শিখলাম। আমি সেদ্ধ ডিম আস্ত ই দিয়ে করে থাকি। বড়জোর মাঝখান দিয়ে লম্বালম্বি কেটে। তাতে দেখতেও খুব সুন্দর লাগে। এছাড়া সব একরকম ভাবেই করি। খুব ভালো লাগলো, ডিম সেদ্ধ কুড়িয়ে দেওয়ার মতো একটা সাশ্রয়ী উপায় দেখিয়েছো ব'লে। এরকম দরকার হয় বৈকি। মাঝে মাঝে যখন order দিয়ে বাড়িতে আনিয়ে খাই, তখনও দেখি, ওরা Per plate ১ টা ডিমসেদ্ধ দেয়। আমিও বাড়িতে ৩ জনের জন্য ৩ টে ডিম দিয়ে করতাম এতদিন। কিন্তু তোমার দেখানো পদ্ধতি টা বেশ ভালো লাগলো। শারীরিক সুস্থতা র কারণেও একসাথে ডিম মাংস বেশি না খাওয়াই ভালো । এইভাবে করবো নিশ্চয়ই একদিন। আর তখন কেমন হোলো , তোমাকে জানাবো।
আপনার প্রতিটি রান্নাই ভীষণ সহজ ভাবে দেখানো হয়, আর উপকরণ গুলি বাড়িতেই থাকে
