Hi Ms. Melanie...thanks po sa info...katatapos lang ng program ko...di ko maisasabay sa paglodge ng pgwp ko si hubby kasi wala pa po ako NOC B....ok lang po ba mag NO dun sa question na "are you planning to apply for a family membe?" Confuse lang po ako baka kasi kapag nag NO ako...magkaroon ng kisrepresentation kasi ang totoo kasama ko nmn talag hubby ko po...sana mapansin nyo po...salamat

Hi Melanie, have you ever heard of someone na 2years ang program duration but because of the transferred credits so naging 1 year nalang? My question is how about ang pgwp, is it 1 or 2 years?
I have a job (TEER 1), my spouse want to apply extension of work permit as same as mine's work permit. I have offer letter but it has end (After a year) date in it. I have all the paystubs, and other information as well from my (Main Applicant) side. I have full time job but it's not permanent. Should I still apply it for SOWP Extension with this details ?

Hi po ma'am, ask ko lang po so pag naka receive ka na po ng confirmation letter from the school pwede na po mag apply ng PGWP kahit wala pa po ung transcript?
If you have payslips and employment letter that comply to cic requirement, I think you can. To be sure, you can consult your school’s international center. Make sure you check the requirements of PGWP sa CIC website. Goodluck!

Employment letter and payslips are not needed for PGWP. But if you want to include them, I believe there’s a Client Info field there. Just merge them all together in 1 PDF, file size less than 4MB.

Thanks for watching! Hindi po sya tumigil kasi valid pa yung OWP nya till Aug 2019 (May 2019 natapos school ko). I applied for his OWP extension in July 2019.

After completion of the program of an international student, should the OWP stop working as well? Or only the IS?

I applied for PGWP first. Then i waited until I get 3 payslips then my husband applied for his SOWP extension.

Yes, you can apply even if you haven’t received your PGWP.
You need to have a skilled job and at least 3 payslips from that skilled job. Good luck!

Same case. What can you suggest since NOC C ang work ko this time. Ano mgandang gawin na option for spouse since we have very limited timeline.

In my case no, we followed the expiry date of his work permit but I was able to apply for owp extension before it expired.

Hi! No, they payslips are for the student/PGWP holder.
Hindi kailangan ng OWP ang work in order to do extension.
