@@heiraven most wanted 2012 was my first nfs and I loved it as a kid and preteen. Got rivals, 2015, and payback a while ago on sale and then heat for extra measure on the ps4. I can enjoy all of them for simply being arcade open world racing games and I honestly can't complain about never having fun in these games but yeah, the new ones lack the same feel as most wanted. Rivals is the closest though but the map feels too empty. Most wanted 2 just had this western coast feel to its map and growing up in Washington state honestly makes me feel more at home.

There may be a reboot coming up soon for the 10th anniversary of the game! The company that made Burnout Paradise, Hot Pursuit 2010, and MW 2012 have remastered games on their 10th anniversary (Burnout Paradise released 2008, reboot in 2018, HP released 2010, remastered in 2020). Seeing that there wasn't an NFS game last year, we might see MW 2012 remastered in 2023 while NFS makes a mainstream title, but I think we can wait as long as NFS decides we need to

Trance suite NFS in this day of age alot better only on muscle cars i prefer more the metal/electro kind of way like overseer of broken promises on NFS Underground 1
Even though in some ways Need for Speed Most Wanted is better, I still really love Need for Speed Most Wanted because of the soundtrack and how fun the multiplayer was.
The cutscenes were sometimes weird and the game didn't really have a true campaign compared to the original Most Wanted but the Soundtrack with the high speed action was amazing. Usually i get bored easily with the newer games cuz i wanna be fast from the beginning while having some fitting music to it. I wanna enjoy the need for speed ✌

the cutscenes were hilarious to a tennaged me, but watching them again. I feel like they really instill and capture a real sense of anxiety.
I think all the cutscenes are cool and creative. Really abstract. But I always thought the cop tornado and the cop robot was hilarious.
