Bro what is your head size in cms I. E circumference iam planning to go for size s, size M I have but I think over the period it has got loose, I can easily move it up and down. So mine size for reference is 55cm

Mine is 55 too, you should go for S. It might be a bit tight on your forehead, but it will get better with time. Also, helmets should be tight :)

Small lelo bro, helmet shuru me tight hoga but with time tumhare face ke according set ho jaega form andar ka. Helmet thoda tight hona chahiye otherwise it defeats the purpose
