I remember like 20 years ago, a stainless steel case, 200m, automatic, sapphire, screw down crown, ceramic bezel, great lume, nice simple design, tool watch was imposible to find at these prices. Now we can get this beauties and we still are being snobbish about Chinese watches? This brand along with San Martin, próxima, Cronos, Farasute, Agelocer, sea gull, Beijing, and some others are JEWELS, TREASURES!
@@EscapeWheelIn your opinion and experience, will automatic and quartz watches disappear and smart watches will rise, or will automatic watches remain stronger than smart watches and will remain and not disappear??????
@@L.A.C_Santos it wasn't (doesn't seem?) that long ago most watches were a stainless steel back and base metal case/bezel. I remember wearing watches back then and eventually your sweat ate through the chrome and pitted the brass beneath. That was even on "good" watches not cheapie throw aways. It amazes me how much you get for your money today in comparison.
I agree, just when the Swiss raise thier prices by ridiculous amounts, the Chinese are getting really good at building and designing amazing watches at very sensible prices. Now is the best time to be looking for a watch at less than $300 and long may it continue!
I bought a watch from AMZWATCH lightly used for my last milestone birthday. Don't wear it as much as it deserves, but not afraid to, either. It's stunning . Good taste, Sir.
Baltany has been fantastic for years... time for them to slim down their thickness using Miyto 9*** movements or VH31 for quartz... Skindiver like this should be about 11mm thick, give or take.
its nice, but perhaps one day they'll go all the way and make an homage of the poor man's 62mas, its case and dimensions are very interesting . also hard to find the real deal and too old to wear safely
If they could slim this down it would be close to perfect IMHO. Maybe a different movement or thinner back? The crown guards are weird, kind of vestigial affectation. Like an appendix. 😂
@@tayterlik I've actually been wanting to put together a 62 MAS with a PT5000... I keep hoping someone besides Tandorio will do it first and shave off some unnecessary thickness.
Funnily enough, AMZWATCH's replicas are perfect for people who can actually afford a luxury watch. Because in those social circles, it wouldn't matter and everybody would just assume it's real. You have a yacht and a beach house in Tuscany, of course that replica is real. There isn't a millionaire out there going around with a jeweller's loupe to scrutinize their acquaintance's watch. They'll just go "Oh is that a Patek? Nice, I should really get my hands on one of those, they look great."
Easily their best release for 2024. Shame it’s a bit of a chunky boy. A skin diver needs a slim case profile. It does make you wonder why these Chinese companies don’t seek feedback from the WIS community before going into full production. Has anyone ever seen these factories and done a review video. Fancy a trip Steve?!
@@stuartdavies7351 haha, I'd love to go over there, just not in the budget for EWWR at the moment. Companies like watchdives and militado are using Reddit as a forum for feedback and it's brought out some awesome watches. Agreed this one could be trimmed down a mm or 2 and it would be awesome.
why do we need them when we have the San Martin 62 mas????? It would be better to make the 62 mas quartz...and these watches are not interesting because they are automatic 🥱🥱🥱
@@7777-p8z for originality...the San Martin is nicer, but pretty much a 1:1 copy of the Seiko. I think you are one of the few that think automatics are boring...but I get it. They are everywhere.

Love my watches with goo! The more goo the better!
Don't forget "of of the best"
Baltany has refined the details and included the best crystals.
I love the mixed indexes and the square on the end of seconds hand. Interesting small touches 👌
This watch looks amazing. Good job on the review brother!!

Nicely put together
I'd like to see some comparison videos from you. Eg: comparisons between different brands in finishing, crystals, lume, etc
Beautiful watch, but Baltany should really refine the case thickness. NH38 is really thin.
I’ve always said once Baltany expands their line beyond military vintage style, everyone is going to have to watch out.
Great review, nice watch, but maybe not different enough to encourage me to buy it.
Beautiful watch, but not keen on the round indices and too thick for me.

Must be their QC, attention to detail, and character spacing. 🤣😂
Did you mistake on purpose your words for the title of this video?
Likely meant “one of”
Attention to detail (no spelling or grammar mistakes when online posting for example). 😂

Love it, very unique take on the Glashutte style diver!
this is seiko 62 mas style...then it's better to keep quiet...
Baltany is real cool, i have the Explorer style 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, but now Baltany has to include Ont the fly adjustable clasp..

That's my idea too; put it on miyota 9k or pt5k to make it thinner and this model will get very popular.

Those mixed indices are putting me off.
