I think that getting too focused on this one girl becoming a perverted meme isn't the main problem. Or the 'audience' encouraging it. What concerns me the most, is the more innocent; impressionable young people who will see this as a good thing and perpetuate this kind of behaviour. This girl will be forgotten in a few years at most; however poor decisions like going out on Halloween dressed so provocatively at a delicate age, can lead to situations that will scar someone for life. These are the people we need to protect, they are the ones we need to educate.
By the way, I only came across this by chance in my suggestions, I had never heard of this character before. I agree with your disgust for it, but I fear that the real victims of this will be out there at a party or event what have you, trying to fend off an attack. If something happened to my kid after following this, words could not convey my anger.

As a parent yourself you should know that your entire purpose is setting up your child to make good decisions for themselves. To have a good strong foundation so that they can make their own decisions. Raise your child right and they won't be going out dressed like this at 12 years old (which is how old Dani is in this video). You've failed as a parent if your daughter is sneaking out the house and going to a party dressed like this. Don't blame TH-cam for that.
