    Sounds absolutely incredible. Wearing headphones makes this 1000x better to listen as well

    This sounds like a cross/mix between a BPU 2JZGTE and a single at the same time.

    Yo Ethan, that torque limitation code you're getting is just because of the traction control system interfering with the tune. Basically your car is making so much torque now on the E mix, that with traction control fully on its trying to limit wheel slip via torque management and it isn't calibrated for that level of torque.
    Turn the traction control off 1 click and go out and rip her. Also, these cars do not like hitting close to rev limiter on an OTS Ethanol map whether you be MHD tuned or Ecutek tuned. My advise is keep traction control 1 click off and keep it in Sport manual mode and shift no later than 6,200 rpms. The factory turbo starts to die off pretty hard after 5900 rpms anyways. I've been doing this exact thing since I got my custom MHD E40 tune and have had 0 check engine lights or limp mode issues so far and this car is running close to 7.9 second 60-130s on stock turbo, trans, fuel system, and tire. It's an Fing monster!

      Also, it goes without saying, but until you get used to the car with traction off 1 click, be careful. This car, especially on an E tune, makes a ton of torque down low and the tires will break free even in third gear until about 5k RPMs. It's very very easily manageable though. Traction 1 click off frees up the torque limitation software and allows for minor wheel spin. Also, by doing this, the car is allowed to put more torque to the wheels. If you've never driven the car this way then you're in for a treat, if you think it's fast now, just wait.

      Ok that makes sense actually! I swear its happened to me before tho even with tc off one click but I think it was because I had to little e in before. Next time I go rip ill click it off once and lyk how it is bro! I really appreciate your help man! And yea with tc off its a rowdy car lmao spins like there's no tomorrow!

      @@toyotasuprahub7407 Yea man make sure to shift it early, right at 6,000, don't let it get close to limiter on the OTS maps, lots of safeties in place to not damage stuff. Also the car sounds fantastic!

    I was always told growing up or heard until recently that single through pipe exhaust system are not as good with power delivery as dual through pipe systems. Did you ever hear that as well? I'm debating between a single through or dual system for my Supra

    • @jlamrycee90
      @jlamrycee90 ปีที่แล้ว

      You were lied too, a single exit is best for power because physically the exhaust has is less pipe to go through, reducing restriction and back pressure. Maybe not as much of a significance on a NA engine but on a turbo engine a big single exit is way better than a dual exit. The dual is just a preference and/since it is a little tamer/quieter than a single exit because again physically there is more pipe the exhaust has to go through so it muffles the sound a bit more. (Plus you can run a dual muffler on a dual exit)
