On the 1895 map of Patton Twp it shows a McCully near the intersection of what is Speelman Ln and Monroeville Blvd. Also a small tract of land near James St and Mercer.
That was his brother, James McCully. That log house still stands today as a family home. You can see it on Google Street View. There are also older pictures of it on the MHS website.
That's pretty cool, I didn't know they had porches like that on log cabins.
