For HHN Orlando, they do not allow filming of inside their houses unless they are permitted media, which get special approval. Tim and Jenn didn't go as media for the event, so they couldn't film in the houses. So they used film of the inside of the house from approved media (Jojo's World, For the Love of Theme Parks, etc.) And aside from them going on the RIP tour instead. In case you were wondering why they didn't go as media, they have to be invited (but they likely were invited.) However, from what View from the Cheap Seats explained in their vlogs, being part of media- a lot of the times when media gives reviews, it has to be more focused on the positives of everything in the event. After all, their tickets, food, experience as media is paid for by Universal. So, with that in mind, Tim and Jenn may have just wanted to give their most honest/fair overall reviews, positives and negatives included. This is just speculation though and should also not discount any reviews from media that was there.
