Donghae has long been the most charismatic and talented member of SJ, with a sophisticated/mature stage presence that leaves the others in the dust. I just watched a newer video from which he is missing and a lot of the magic is gone. How do SJ fans square their love of the group with the fact that you hardly know from one performance to the next who or how many of the members will be there, and that the membership changes frequently, so you're stanning people you don't know much about? I think there are seven guys here. The vid I watched before this one had 11. Eleven! lol Seems to be a lot of Latin influence in their music. I like that.
He he actually we always try to support the group as a one even if there is only one member present. We always try to do our best in supporting them and super junior originally debuted with 13 members back in 2005

For myself, I am not part of the whole fan "army" concept, which is promoted by the promotion companies like SM so that you will go crazy over whatever is put out by a group or a particular member of a group, regardless of the quality of the output. I am a Jonghyun-era SHINee fan, not a "Shawol," many of whom are crazy. I like many of SHINee's songs and performancees, I love a lot of them, but some of them are just OK. Your mind-set, as evidenced by your comment above, is just exactly what SM wants: A "fan" who confuses their personal identity with that of a K-Pop group and will stan that group no matter what. Your use of the words "we" and "our" make that fact clear. It's silly. Why in the hell would a group need to have 13 members? From what I've read, SM basically put everybody they didn't know what to do with into Super Junior and their success was a surprise to the company. How do you even keep track of who is in the group? Do you assume that no matter who it is, they will be awesome? Weird.

Oh, also: The guy whose weight fluctuates so much is very distracting when he's in a fat period. Their dance formations and moves are distorted by the fact that you have this one body that is twice the size of the others and doesn't move with the same fluidity. From a visual standpoint, he throws everything off. He also seems to just be going through the motions as opposed to putting his heart and soul into it. Not fair to the others. I'm amazed that in the cutthroat world of K-Pop he has managed to hold onto his job.
