I'm a chef and I was working on Saturday. I lived exactly what Neville did in London. The experience of living a world cup win in a different country all alone is truly bittersweet. I've literally stopped all my work and had a full meltdown after we won. True catharsis!

Before watching the video, I must say, I saw the video! Sahiba asked Varun who woudl win... Varun said India... Thats enough for me... Its very tough to find a positive Indian fan. Everone just wants to abuse our players. But Varun supported.... I will never forget this... Varun is a true Indian fan.. I promise to watch all TISS videos will death... I am so emotional.. Its been like 2 days since India won the WOrld cup. But I will always support true Indian fans over fans who are fair weather and bandwagon fans.

I experienced it alone too Neville. I was waiting for a train at Doncaster station and trying to look for one Indian to sort of share my emotion at that time. Usually there are so many Indians you see everywhere in the UK. That day, not one! But I can totally understand how Neville must've felt alone and happy. 🥺🥺🥺💙💙

How Starc got Surya out with a dirty ball was exactly how Pandya got Klaasen.
Sometimes when someone is firing, especially players like Klaasen and Surya, you want to just give them a bad ball, because they will hit all your good ones for 6, and are expecting you to go hard at them. It was a complete mental victory.

I disagree with that Kohli analysis - 37 balls with no boundaries is unfair to the non-striker irrespective of the match situation. As Jarrod Kimber puts it, it was Schrodinger's Kohli innings - even after the match is over, no one can say if that was a good innings or not. If we had lost, it would be critiziced and that would be fair. And since we have won, it is praised, and that's fair as well.
That is why it's good , he is retired from this format.
I love Kohli but from past some years his innings always comes in radar for these discussions for india or for RCB.
May be game has changed, let him concentrate on tests on which he still needs to find hisbtouch

High time we give Hardik’s skill some due credit. Saying that the Klaasen and Miller wickets were bad balls is not cool. The intent of both balls was correct and it took balls (pun intended) to bowl it. He could have stuck to his stock delivery (back of length) or tried the safer/defensive option (Yorker) but instead he took the courageous high risk/reward option of bowling a slower delivery outside the hitting arc. Hence the wickets. Job well done.

However, my dad just walked out of the house without a cellphone as he was so pissed with the match while Klaasen was playing. I couldn’t call him when India got back into the game and he ended up watching it later in the highlights. All and all a bittersweet memory for my dad and me lmao
