Thing is I don’t live in my head. I speak my truth because that’s how I heal. I speak it to understand it, to dissect it to learn from my trauma. Most people say it’s a pity party, or manipulation smfh. I do T live in my head like most people so I don’t be all negative thinking even though what I speak about is the uncomfortable truth. I’m ok with ending this connection. If he doesn’t seek professional help and leave everything behind, then it’s a no because I know that I have his best interest at heart not in mind.
