My opinion is that they were on high alert of what happen on 9-11-01. I know you didn't do anything and i didn't see you did. You were in the right. Dont let no one stop you from filming =)
DONT EVER STOPPING FILMING, SUE THESE PEOPLE, A REASONABLE PERSON LIKE ME HAPPENS TO BE ON YOUR JURY AND I WILL AWARD YOU WHAT EVER YOUR ASKING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!
@IBMeddling I know, I don't know how many times I have seen loved ones videotaping their friends/family just before they get on the bus to leave Buffalo or vice versa for that matter. It must be mentioned that I was arrested by NFTA and not Buffalo's finest. My guess is, the Judge is going to laugh this case out of court. I should get a copy of the police report.
1st of all, I did spend some jail time, on tax payers expense, of course! Tell it to the judge! He sided with me & all parties at the court proceeding did as well. 2nd of all, I see a ton of people videotaping at airports and bus stations before & after their trip. It's memories shared for a lifetime. 2nd of all, I am Canadian & live in America; the clip was intended to show my kin back in Canada what to expect when they arrive for the 1st time in a new land. Wanna see Tee Oh? Toronto.
@msobotka : if a person isn't supposed to photograph or videotape in these areas, it's a no-brainer...POST signage saying that it's not allowed. Ordinances vary from city to to city, not everyone is up-to-date, unless it's posted.
@ElGatoLoco698 I probably could sue them but I am not a criminal and don't know criminal law, I do however, know business law. I guess I could say there are no signs posted at all in the terminal for videotaping. I guess it was a slow day. The court didn't even ask me to show them what I videotaped. I am just lucky I didn't get beat up. Some people in this world are so sad...

Let me get this strait... THEY put cameras everywhere watching you, but the minute YOU film... Never mind, I was trying to think logically here. LOL
