      Hi, dear. There have been some studies showing that aerobic exercising, such as the video, can help reduce hormone estrogen levels as well as inflammation. Which may help reduce endometriosis symptoms, too. I hope my workouts will help you ☺️🙏

      Try to follow the worldwide recommendations of 150 min of moderate physical activity a week for health and fitness.
      This exact workout is designed to release stress, but to reach daily goals you can repeat the main part 2 times.
      Also, in the playlist below you can find 30-min moderate physical activity workouts, if you are a beginner, start them 3 times a week and slowly go to 5 times a week 🙌
