Try pressing the volume "minus/-" button on the microphone twice quickly. I heard it takes away the echo. Mine hasn't arrived yet so I haven't been able to test it. 😊

One would intermittently connect, but no. Plus, when it did connect it sounded terrible. We just returned it.
