This was so fun, Rachel. I loved getting to hang out with you, all the way out there in Riyadh. You gave a fantastic speech. My favorite part was your father's advice to you: "Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard." That literally explains why the Cowboys lost all those games they shouldn't have. "Also, you're beautiful no matter what country you're in.
You Did it Rachel, so proud of you....congratulations, yep Indid sense a bit of nervousness but you did really great....loved your take home message of " hard work beats talent" ❤🎉❤
Also, as I am dense, I have been watching the "12 days of RADMAS" even though I never really understood that that meant, thinking as an older person that maybe it was a saying or trend or fad I was too old for. Then I saw your monogrammed bag in one of the shots and it all clicked. Very clever, RAD, now that I figured it out.
Welcome to Riyadh and Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 anytime I was hoping you visit Jeddah to take a selfie 🤳 with you but maybe next time again welcome to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 in anytime and I wish you enjoyed
There is so much sports washing by Saudi Arabia (SA). SA is problematic given the lack of democracy, the status and treatment of women (still a problem), the treatment of expatriate workers from poor countries and last but not least the treatment of even mild opponents (e.g. the assassination of Jamal Khashoggi). The video is interesting but there is no context. Perhaps it is me - I just find Saudi Arabia profoundly disturbing.
The problem is if England invest and spend trillions in the premier league thats ok But if saudi arabia wants to do that that’s considered washing and it’s not ok ?!!! Our women’s is treated and protected by the law more than any other women in the world And thats a FACT , as long as they are happy your opinion is not important for us sorry You can come and ask and see it by your self You will find the hospitality from any man you see you will find joy and the smile in every face Sorry if my language is too harsh but just stop thinking and sharing wrong information about our country
Do you hold the same standard for the United States? Within the United States there is so much racism and systemic mistreatment of minority groups. The United States is also arming and funding a genocide of the Palestinian people. American imperialism is responsible for overthrowing of democracies and installing puppet regimes.
I appreciate you and your work a lot. I appreciate your thoughtfulness and insight. And I am glad that you had this opportunity. But 'woman journalist parties in country that murders journalists and viciously crushes women' . . . I have a hard time squaring that with the other work you do. Perhaps you might do a video about the aggressive and very expensive marketing (especially around sports) that the Saudis do to get people to ignore those issues, or the long history of the struggles of women athletes there, at least.
First of all, it’s one journalist who got killed second don’t act like you care because you don’t and your gibberish about sports just say it you are jealous, aren’t you😏
Congratulations, you did great, AND it looks like you had some fun on your trip as well. A win-win.

That America world or whatever it’s called is hilarious.
It was so ridiculous 😂😂
Not disrespectful to anyone, but aren't you required to wear a head scarf, in Saudi Arabia?
No. I am from Saudi
@aldeweesh , it seem Saudi Arabia is liberal Islamic country, because most Islamic countries required women wear scarf to cover their head and face.
@@ducnguyen-qv7swNo im saudi and I dont wear it. It’s your choice in the end
Welcome to Saudi Arabia.
We all know Ted talk failed in the west and we don't want it here because it's a waste of time and energy.
Welcome again.
1:24: I was wondering when you're gonna cover that shoulder.
It’s winter in Saudi Arabia stupid idiots
