You don’t have to and I honestly couldn’t look down on anyone if you didn’t cause it’s usually just a natural thing to buy dolls that look like yourself. but you did anyway and it’s the small things like that that make the big difference in the long run when raising kids to be good people. Love the curtain over the bed cause it makes it feel cosy and the ceiling is more ‘gentle’ if that makes sense, less like you got stuck in a corner and more intentional. Love the transformation.
The room is very cute! May I suggest that you take some L brackets and attach that armoire to the wall? Little kids like to climb, and I’ve seen pieces of furniture tip over because kids were climbing onto the drawers.

But now that she is older and lives in her own home when I do visit, she says mom I did clean… Not your kind of clean but my kind of clean so don’t judge me. L O L but of course I do her laundry and clean my kind of clean and she appreciates it. And of course I make her meals that freeze well and keep her freezer stocked. ❤

I made up a similar setup in my spare bedroom with a comfy chase lounge chair, curtains, and fairy lights in the closet to create a reading nook. I sometimes go there to curl up with my dog just for the joy of being in that magical space.
