Ingredients:
250g Melted Butter
150g Semolina
300g Sugar
1 cup of water
60g Desiccated coconut
1.5 tbsp Saunf (fennel)
2 tbsp White sesame seeds
1 kg Plain flour

Sis did you use measuring cups
I used a normal tea mug, as long as you use the same thing for all the measurements then it’ll be fine x

No it has sugar in it
The semolina. Does it have to be fine or coarse
The fine one will be better to use 👍🏻

I made mine a few days ago and cooked them really well. They are still soft and are not crunchy? Why is this
Did you add all the ingredients with the right amounts..sometimes if there is a lot of butter or not enough suji (semolina) can make them soft
