Dandruff relief suggestions:
Dont apply any kind of hair oil after the hair wash but for nourishment of your hair it is advisable to use any hair conditioner after head bath.
If it is necessary to apply oil don't leave it on hair over 30 minutes.
Wash your hair daily with scalpe+ shampoo until the dandruff or itching will be solved.
Don't apply any kind of hair oil over night and don't take head bath with hot water.
Try to live with tension free.
To avoid reaccurance of dandruff wash thoroughly your hair and maintain short hair cut.
These solutions suggested by dermatologist while I suffering a lot from from dandruff even though I tried all home remedies.
Now I don't have dandruff

@@vipulsingh_13 first of all apke sar pe oil apply karna bandh karo... Sirf 30 minutes tak apke sar pe oil rehna chahiye...scalpe+ shampoo roj istemal karo... Itching hain to teczine 5mg tablets rath khane ke bad use karo.
Agar hair ke nourishment chayiye to conditioner use karo after hair wash but don't apply to your scalpe.. Apply to your hair strand
