Hello Jane. Thanks for reaching out. Please expect that Palau is a small tropical island. So the weather is hot. For me I would rate the working conditions as safe, maybe 6 out of 10 and salary grade here is not that big.

Parang Pilipinas lang po ang Palau. Ang pera lang atah is dollar at English speaking ang mga tao pero pang pinoy ang kutis.
