Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this TH-cam channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19-homeless and deep in debt-I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that’s what I’m doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

Ten years ago one of my daughters graduated from a local community college to be an ultrasound technician. She had a job making over $30/Hr within a couple weeks. Low cost education and good income! There are many such great options at community colleges to start the millionaire path.
(Edited to add she is making $60+ and hour now.)

Debt free 2023!!! This has been my slogan since 2020 regardless of the economy I will be debt free in 2023. I reworked my budget so I could put more money towards my debt and get out of debt by December 25th 2023! Merry Christmas to my family! We will be out of debt by Christmas or before. I am a student currently at Bethel tech because of your interview with Jordan. I am so excited that I will now give my family the life I determined was ours because God said so when I was 8 years old. I’m learning to trust in my imagination. To believe that the vision God has shown me was real and possible and I am more than grateful for this platform Dave Ramsey and the choice I made to trust Gods vision and getting me in a place to change my lifestyle to a high value one! Thank you!

You are SPOT ON with the Tech industry. I have been in tech for over 20 years. For me, a degree was kind of required to get in the door. Today however, certifications are the big thing because there are several specific disciplines that you can begin. My salary has increased over the years and for the last few years, it has been over 6 figures.
It takes discipline, consistency and a bit of sacrifice. I am buy no means a millionaire, but I have a high net worth.
Yes, I am over 50, so I say to ALL younger folks....let's say 40 and under.....you have TIME on your side. But don't waste it with foolishness and poor decisions. Pay yourself first, save and invest monthly SOMETHING, even if you have 25 dollars to start. The key is to START, continue and be consistent.
My saying is....Life is short and tomorrow is not promised, never wait for all of the lights to be green, live life to the fullest....Go Get Yours!

This was great. I actually talked with a benefits specialist at my job today about Roth IRA, 403b, 457 savings. Planning on getting into those accounts soon. First I’m trying to pay off some debt and follow the formula you have provided. It’s crazy cuz I first had a 820 credit score. After running into some fraudulent debt circumstances that credit score has dropped well below that. I’m working now to get back to that. Thank you for this advice.

For many people who go on to professional school (in my case I’m referring to health professions…medical school, pharmacy school, dental school, etc) student loans are the only option. I had a full academic scholarship throughout college. To pay for graduate school, I had grants and two jobs. When I got to professional school, however, I had to use student loans as did most of my classmates. These professions, once you graduate, all pay very well. The key is to be responsible with your money, know where it is going, and live below your means while you prioritize your loans! They can be paid off and it can be done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I just paid off over $1,500.00 in medical debt since the beginning of the year! I wasn't able to pay my medical bills on the HDP offered through my employer. It was too high! I blew through my HSA funds really quickly! I had to wait until the beginning of the year for funds to reload on my card and I have paid off most if not all of my medical debt from last year. It feels so good to get that paid off, but the HDP definitely isn't for me at this point and time. The bills were so stressful! I don't like being in debt & having bills sent to my house. I was afraid it was going to start effecting my credit which I work so hard to get into the 700's! Thank You for making this content & feeding my wealth mentality!

For my insurance I just got the high deductible plan , which is free at my job, so I got that so that’s no extra money coming out of my pocket and I pay into my HSA which my job matches up to $700 a year ,and it rolls over to the next year. Plus the HSA pays for a lot more things than people think!

AO, I have a question, you mentioned that the retired teacher can withdraw 10 percent from her nest egg each year. Most advice regarding neat egg withdrawals suggestions 4- 5 percent to ensure it will last a minimum of 30 years. What is the basis of the 10 percent withdrawal rate? And how long could the principal last making withdrawals at that rate?

Been there. Being a mom is a job in itself. Keep going to school!!! I graduated college with a toddler on my hip and another one in my belly. It was hard, I had to stay with my mom at times, their dad was no help. Good news is they are not always going to be this little. The older they get the less dependent they are, and the more opportunity you have to enhance their future. But I wouldn’t have been able to make more than 50k without my degree. It’s going to be hard but not impossible. It’s easier with a village. Save your tax refunds and save any refunds you may get from school. Put that money in a high yield savings account. If you have supportive parents or grandparents you can live with until you’re done with school you should take advantage of that. That’s a start.

Question Anthony, if you don't use credit cards, does this mean, all your purchases, gas, food, etc. are paid in cash?
Please explain. It's only fair you share the truth, the whole truth!! So, you carry cash for your expenses, or do you write checks?

Not sure what he is doing but you could use a debit card / Apple Pay etc. it doesn’t have to be physical cash.
