Ronald Binge wrote this (and other hauntingly beautiful tunes) ....one (Sailing By) used to accompany the daily "shipping forecast", but now stands alone as a brilliant piece of music too.....two superb pieces of music .....what a legacy.
This is basically Haydn's Serenade by Roman Hoffstetter in a different arrangement with some variation and therefore should not be considered as an original composition. Today it would be called plagiarism if Haydn's Serenade were not in the public domain.
