chrisuk1984 Namco is actually working on Tekken X Street Fighter which is the same idea but putting the Street Fighter cast in Tekken style 3D fights. Think of Akuma being in Tekken 7 as a test run for how well that would work.
Don't hope for a sequel the game was bad received, i think people overreacted a little too much. The other game from Namco i don't think it will happen now.

Today this game turns 10 years old. This game, Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3, and Final Fantasy X/X-2 is why I purchase a PS Vita and after playing the game for 110 hours, I still love it despite its mechanics and balance issues. It’s a shame that the DLC controversy killed this game but it holds a special place in my heart as one of the greatest fighting games ever made and Capcom did a fantastic job bringing the Tekken cast into a 2D fighting game and as a Street Fighter fan, this game might be my third favorite game in the series

I was a big SF player when I played this, and a Cammy main, but when I played this, seeing Cammy and Asuka face off was what made me pick Asuka when I played Tekken for the first time, and now I'm an Asuka main. Though in the game I ultimately had my team be Cammy and Asuka, so I got the best of both worlds, even if Asuka in this game played nothing like the one in T6 or TTT2.
Never understood what was going on here at 1:42 between Zangief and Julia. First the random pair up and implications of dating Bob, now this. Was someone at capcom pushing to ship Julia with big wrestler type-men? If so then why? Pretty ironic knowing her stalker (Ganryu) fits into that description too.
Still the best advertisement campaign ever made for a fighting name outside of mortal Monday. So many good matchups to bad the could fix the balancing more in time before it fell off the map.
