Ingredients (सामग्री)
Bottle Guard (परवल) - 500 gm
Bay leaf (तेज़पत्ता) - 1
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 8 to 10
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli (खड़ी लाल मिर्च) - 1
Garlic (लह्सुन) - 4 to 5 cloves
Mustard oil (सरसों तेल) - 1 spoon
Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादअनुसार)

Why do people dislike anyone video its takes lots of effort and courage to show yourself infront of the world. Then atleast they are telling you recipe if you don't like that don't cook according to them but don't demotivate them. Atleast some people do need help from them let them watch.

What a great idea. May i pls suggest that while frying along with hing and jeera. Add onion, littlr sugar, kalunji, sauf in small quantity and some salt. Once cooked sprinkle little lemon juice all over, turn off the gas. It will enhance the overall flavour. Also, don't forget to put some amchur in masala inside the parval. Happy cooking ❤️

पुराने बुजुर्ग के पास मीक्सर होते ही नही थे,मीक्सर तो अभीका आधुनीक चीज है,हमारे जमाने मे मीक्सर था ही नही तो,बुजुर्ग लोग कैसे बनाते थे बोलने का कोई तुक ही नही😂😂
