Him last year in the CL and no big club had realy made a good offer last summer, well....
But there where also doubt within ajax in 2016 to buy him from FC twente, while i was one of many fans that realy saw him as the key at ajax.
The fans pushed the club to get hakim, but after that even manager peter bosz (now Leverkussen) dare him to putt him on the bench the first couple of games, but after a couple of games he finaly opened his eyes.
He is the key to every team who have great potential players but lack a teammate with creativity, chelsea is one of those clubs.
They have imo one of the best upcomming team in europe, so chelsea did veeeeeery wel to bring him in. I would advise players to stay at chelsea, the team with ziyech is going to be a serious contender for alot of prices. Not only because of his unique playstyle but hakim is also a good person and loved by everyone in the squad with his fresh motivation and the love for the game.
I wish chelsea and hakim alot of succes next season, we ajax fans keep an eye on him and the team.

People really are sleeping on this guy. He was bought by Ajax after they panicked after a 4-1 throuncing against Rostov in the preliminaries of the CL. He transformed them over night. Made them one the top teams in Europe. They reached the EL final that same year and after that semi-finals of the CL. All the while collecting 3 POTY awards in that same period. First player in their history to do so. Not even Cruyff, v. Basten, Ibrahimovic, Suarez, Snijder, vd Vaart or Erikssen where able to that with the club. This guy is a legend and deserves real recognition.

It will never be the same without him, he is a good guy that has absolute nothing with money, but just want to play for a great club, thats why he stayed so long at ajax, the team where friends.

Brandon Hubah , maybe not, but the nature of Ziyech’s game is that he takes many risks in his passing. This risky way of playing took some getting used to for us Ajax fans when he first arrived here. Moreover, the pace and power of the Premier League is something every player needs time adapting to. I’m not saying he won’t be great from the get go, I’m just hoping you guys won’t write him off if he’s not as great as you expected him to be straight away. 😌

His price was 40-50 million in the summer as well. We don't need to sell our players, there is simply not a chance Overmars would have let Ziyech go for 26.
As a Dutchman and life long Ajax fan, i wish Hakim a lot of success with Chelsea, However i hope Chelsea use him on the right place and more important with the right players around him . A good sample is Frenkie De Jong at Barcelona , he is not used on the right spot to see the full potential of Frenkie and that can happen with Ziyech as well . It is good to see his skills now on this channel , but never forget he played at Ajax in a well oiled playing style and it might be different at Chelsea where they have to put a team together with a few new players

He creates so many chances. He could easily have had doubled the number of his assists if he played with good finishers. I am not sure Tammy Abraham is that good of a finisher. We'll see. As a Liverpool fan I wish if he signed for us, seeing him playing behind our front three would have been epic. In all cases, I am happy we get to see him in the PL next summer. He is a great quality player and a joy to watch.
