Dual-beams Direct Warping Machine AZ118L

The dual-beam direct Warping Machine AZ118L with copy function is used for warping DTY and FDY yarn. It is suitable for one single Φ30*42 inch beam or two Φ30*21 inch wide beams.
AZ118L is equipped with the copy function warping machine with complete working devices, including yarn-drop-detector, keyboard, static remove devices, yarn storage, piling device, camera system, fluff detector, tension rollers... working speed up to 1,000rpm.
The creel is a turn-able type, to save the labor cost and increase warping efficiency.
