Enemies scale to the number of players. I don't know why there is confusion on this matter. It is obvious. You can test it yourself. And the way they engage you obviously changes, because there is only a single threat to respond to.

There is something wierd!! On PS4 I have a same damage with my M700 (600.000 on body , 800.000 or above on head). With this damage you need max 3-4 shots to kill them, on PS4 I need 10-14 shots. Oh I almost forgot, that i've died 10-12 times during this time. So I'm curious, what's your secret??:)
Matte is the undisputed best PVE player in the game. Him doing underground 3 phase 5 directives on heroic sealed it. These legendary missions are just icing on the cake.
I've done it couple of times. Napalm is the easiest legandary mission. It's still hard and there is no place for error, but everyone can do it with patience, and good placement.

Time Square Power Rely and then Warrengate Power Plant. Not looking forward to the other two. Time to nut up or shut up. Look forward to see furture content from you, MaTTe. How has Legendary missions worked out for you guys? The viewers.

Solo or in team, cuz I have noticed that when u play in a team enemies are quite stronger and more aggressive
