Declutter!!!!! And do some repairs if needed
House is clean and well maintained. This is the most important part. Furniture can be slowly replaced. It's warm and welcoming place.
Exactly. The agent should be educated enough to explain to perspective buyers that there's no renovation and the decor is not the problem.
@@anniehovsepian6173 Also furniture is in a decent shape, no need to replace it. If I was buying a house I would go slowly to save money. Blinders and chairs are minor. If someone wants modern and designer furniture can simply donate what is left and buy new. I am sure a lot of people will be grateful for furniture like this.
Shallow people want a done up house. Her house clean full potential to a blank canvas .

Never ceases to amaze me that people can't see past ugly furniture, flooring, wall colour or decor. It's the space and layout that count.
No one keeps the furniture anyway. It's clean and neat...just needs a little pick me up!!!!

The exterior style don't know what it's called, but I've always hated it. I don't think I could by that house even if it were the deal of the year.
It looks like a commercial building...like a hardware store. The red door might appeal to certain people only.

If you reduced the house price it would have gone anyway … also the problem is not the interior … it’s exterior paint …
Half the budget could have gone to the exterior painting and window dressing, but they probably do not paint in the Winter snowy months. The gargantuan built-in cabinet is there for life. XD
The exterior is extremely ugly but inside it is super uncluttered and clean? It just needs some personality.

....The OUTSIDE of this house looks depressing! Yikes. .. it is lacking curb appeal , and it's partly the COLOUR of the exterior. Little changes to the interior can certainly help, but without changing that exterior, ...... 🤷🏼♀️😬🤔
The exterior looks ugly. Painting the exterior with a neutral color, and adding contrast with molding around windows would have been the WOW factor, to get the prospective buyers in the door. The voile curtains in the bedrooms do not provide privacy.

Sophie reeks of hypocrisy. If. the house is clean, it's too clean. I seen her tell a couple that blue doesn't sell houses, but I also seen her paint some houses blue. This a damned if you do and damned if you don't show. People don't need a know all to sell their house.
It is v beautiful n clean spacious home n does not need any transformation. Good luck.
