It's so exciting as we were in a 1400 sq ft home and now we are in a 3,300 sq ft. Home. Love the space and I love decorating, oh and I LOVE plants! :) Congratulations you youngins!♡

Mariah spider plants ,jade plants, ivy(English ivy) also aloe, rubber tree are all ones that don’t take a lot of care. In your dining room I suggest a circular table to maximize your space. Aren’t you guys lucky to have three water closets, I wish we did. One more suggestion in each room have a pop of color and take your decorating ideas from that pop of color. There are soo many cities in California. A house this size in a metropolitan city is easily $2 million but if you’re open to living in off the beaten path cities and suburban cities.. it’s wayyy more affordable. Best of luck! :)

You are not gonna like the little container thing I did it because it looked so cute. That did not last long. LOL I just go to Costco for my spices and leave it at that. Now the clear bins work good because you can put things together that go together. Put some splashes of color throughout. Area rugs anchor a space like one under the dining table or in living area. They define them and keep home from being echoey which with videos youll need to not have. Look into ruggables. They are washable. I hate carpet bc of allergens and so much cleaning them esp w pets and kids. Invest in good solid pieces that transition you thru different styles as your taste and times change You guys are adorable. Good luck. Enjoy the process.

You guys should get one of those folding dining tables. That way when, not using you can fold it to look like a tiny table and the chairs tuck in.
