I just purchased one and connected the center part of the handle upside down. Any ideas on how to disconnect the two pieces so I can reconnect it properly? I can't get the little gray clip to retract. I'm very upset.
@@Tesla-Cannon I had my sons just keep trying (forcefully) until it finally came apart. I think I was lucky. I'm not sure this will actually help you, but I wish you luck.
One of the only videos I could find showing assembly. The parts are not clearly labeled. I put the bottom pole in upside down and the sprayer wouldn't work. Finally got it to work. Your instructions on the box could be better labeled.
Mine is always spilling liquid out of the back, when I lean the pole back towards me, as if the tank has a leak, but it doesn't. Any ideas? Wonder if it's that small rubber piece that wants to fit in the hole under where the tank goes?
I bought this exact brand spray mop a while ago, and it honestly lasted for about 3 months, and then the sprayer part broke. I don’t recommend buying one!

I just did the same thing!! Frustrating
I shaved a little bit of the gray top off and was able to yank it off
