Ingredients:
200 g Savoyardi cookies;
2 egg yolks;
100g sugar;
juice of 1 lemon;
50 g corn starch;
500 ml milk;
80g white chocolate;

Заварной крем.. Лимон не обязательно, также как шоколад, можно ваниль добавить чуть-чуть. Мы такой крем давно делали на торт Зебра, песочные коржи, в одну часть добавляли какое и чередовали коржи. Очень простой и неколорийный, не то что моя тетя пекла торты, крем на сливочном масле и сгущенки , много не съешь..😢😢

Классно,торт из печенья с некоторыми ингредиентами,надо попробовать,думаю ребенку очень понравится,а то в магазине на торты высокая стала цена,а тут и недорого,а главное своими руками и ребенка можно привлечь, спасибо дорогая,я хоть и недавно ваш кулинарный блог смотрю,но столько у Вас удивительных прекрасных рецептов по вкусняшкам и не надо мучить руки,изминая тесто и долго ожидать. Да, классно и с виду просто. Если ребёнку нравится солёная карамель (можно тоже вместе её приготовить) или арахисовое масло - верхний слой можно нанести.

Спасибо за идею. Попробую печенье залить растопленным шоколадом с добавлением небольшого количества молока, чтобы печенье пропиталось лучше. Можно еще дроблённые орехи добавить и украсить сверху с тертым шоколадом. Полагаю, что должно получиться тоже неплохо. Всех благ и здоровья.

Мне кажется что заварного крема многовато ,может поменьше его и сверху можно натереть шоколад на тёрке черный или посадку сварить и полить будет ещё вкуснее и красиво❤❤

Под такую музыку я бы смотрела даже если бы она просто варила горох или чистила свёклу. Вообще торт грустный, туда просятся дольки мандаринов между печеньем или цукаты с кусочками тёмного шоколада
