Oral-B Pro 500 Electric Toothbrush Review By A Dental Hygienist

A quick box opening and review of the Oral-B Pro 500 electric toothbrush by a dental hygienist. Personally I find the line of Oral-B electric toothbrushes to provide the best results when it comes to improved gum health, cleaner teeth, and thus fewer cavities and gum issues.
This one I purchased on sale off Amazon for $20. Generally going for $30.

Well, I noticed that if you place the toothbrush on that wireless charging station thingie while the toothbrush is *still ON* , and it automatically stops, it means "Charging Detected."
The toothbrush won't turn itself OFF if the charger isn't connected to the outlet.

Hello. The manual says it has 2 modes: sensitive and daily clean. You should be able to switch by pressing the on/off button but foe me does not work. Does anyone know how to do that?

I'm having the same problem. I just got this model a month ago and had troubles charging at first but eventually it charged. Now I need to recharge it again and have left it plugged in all day and it's still not powering up. I've tried putting the brush on the stand a few different ways and still nothing. I wish it would vibrate or light up so you knew if it was charging. It's frustrating.
