After finishing the level pack, this really clears up the story, since they weren't able to add the cutscenes in game. But I had a feeling eggman was using his soda to hypnotize the civilians.

Sol Sestancia has to be one of my favorite srb2 maps. I totally had a laugh seeing most of the IMP characters in there

Oh, that’s a good idea. I watched a play through without the cutscenes, and it was a tad confusing, so maybe this will help.
Also, it’s just cool to see your rendition of sonic merged with IMP. It’s cool.
Also, is old eggman’s voice based on Adventures robotnik?

That was initially the plan, but the level he was introduced got moved further as this project ballooned up. So he's a bit story/ gameplay seregation at the moment.

Alas. Technically I CAN put them in-game, my Sonic Adventure Genisys level pack has cutscenes all over, but timing the sound effects correctly is a nightmare to get right.
In the end, I thought the interactive cutscene levels I made now are more fun then static cutscenes.
Heh, and making them all TV's the player watches in- level is possible I suppose, but I worry how big the file size would be, since I'd have to export every single animation frame seperately as an image. That'll easily triple the filesize.
Not to mention timing it is still a pain.
